Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Royal Office Chairs.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for most products that You purchased with Us.

Cancellations & Returns:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the item(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item(s) were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The item(s) are in the original packaging

The following Item(s) cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Item(s) made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. For example, RFM chairs are manufactured to your specifications. Once the order is placed, no refunds will be provided after placement of the order. 
  • The supply of Item(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or damaged from use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Item(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately, Item(s) on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Full refunds less shipping charges will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Send an email to returns@royalofficechairs.com or call us at 888-413-1723.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Item(s) to us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@royalofficechairs.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
